1. Online Training Courses and Digital Content
Our online training courses are digital products delivered through immediate access to videos, materials, tests, and online content. By purchasing a course, the customer requests immediate access and acknowledges that, once the course has been accessed, streamed, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise used, any statutory withdrawal or refund right is waived, where permitted by applicable law. Where technically allowed by the Merchant of Record or payment provider, this waiver may also be confirmed through a specific checkout confirmation note. If such checkout confirmation is not available, the waiver is understood and accepted through this Refund Policy. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payment, proven technical impossibility to access the course caused by our platform, or where required by mandatory consumer law.
2. Airline Tickets Sold Through Host Agents, GDS, or IATA-Approved Channels
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, ticket conditions, airline policies, and the rules of the issuing host agent, GDS, consolidator, or IATA-approved channel. Refunds, cancellations, changes, reissues, no-show charges, penalties, and credits depend exclusively on the applicable fare conditions and airline/supplier rules. Some tickets may be refundable, partially refundable, refundable only for unused taxes, or non-refundable. Any approved refund may be subject to airline penalties, supplier fees, service charges, exchange-rate differences, and administrative costs.
