To alleviate the burden of medical travel for Libyan patients and their families by providing exclusive, end-to-end healthcare solutions. We commit to selecting top-tier hospitals in Tunisia, Turkey, Egypt, and Algeria, while meticulously managing all logistical details—including premium accommodation and transport—to guarantee a safe, comfortable, and successful healing journey.
To be the leading and most trusted Libyan platform for international medical tourism and healthcare services, bridging the gap between patients and world-class medical institutions, while redefining seamless, comprehensive care that ensures peace of mind from departure to full recovery.
LibyAir.com provides international health travel facilitation services for clients from Libya who wish to access selected clinics abroad for procedures such as cosmetic and plastic surgery, dental care, prosthetic dentistry, and hair transplantation.
Our role is to assist with clinic introductions, appointment coordination, travel planning, accommodation, transfers, interpreter support, and general client assistance. Medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, surgery, prescriptions, and follow-up medical decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the licensed doctors and clinics abroad.
This is important because medical tourism facilitators should avoid acting as medical decision-makers unless they are properly licensed to do so. Independent medical guidance also recommends using accredited providers and planning continuity of care before and after treatment abroad.
We aim to work with clinics and healthcare providers that can demonstrate appropriate licensing, professional experience, international patient experience, transparent communication, and, where available, recognized quality accreditation.
When possible, we give preference to clinics or hospitals holding recognized international or national accreditations, such as Joint Commission International accreditation or equivalent quality standards. However, accreditation is not a guarantee of a specific medical outcome, and the final medical decision must always be made directly between the patient and the treating doctor. JCI describes its accreditation as an objective evaluation of compliance with quality and safety standards.
No. LibyAir.com does not guarantee medical results, surgical outcomes, recovery times, or aesthetic results. Every patient is different, and results depend on the individual case, medical condition, procedure, doctor’s assessment, and post-treatment care.
Our role is to help the client access information, compare available options, organize travel, and communicate with the clinic. The medical provider remains fully responsible for the medical treatment.
Our objective is to provide clients with transparent information on estimated costs before they travel. Depending on the clinic and destination, clients may receive standard clinic rates, promotional rates, or package options.
Any LibyAir.com assistance fee, service fee, or travel coordination fee will be clearly communicated in advance. Medical treatment costs are normally paid directly to the clinic or hospital, unless a different arrangement is clearly stated in writing.
LibyAir.com may earn money through one or more of the following:
Client service fees for coordination, travel planning, appointment assistance, interpreter support, and concierge services.
Travel service margins for flights, accommodation, transfers, or assistance packages.
Partner clinic referral or coordination fees, where legally permitted and transparently managed.
We aim to keep the process clear so that clients understand what they are paying for and who is responsible for each service.
We may offer health travel assistance packages, but the medical price is always subject to the clinic’s review and the doctor’s assessment.
Examples of possible packages include:
Basic Assistance Package
Clinic introduction, quotation request, appointment coordination, and basic travel guidance.
Standard Health Travel Package
Clinic coordination, flight assistance, hotel booking, airport transfer, and appointment scheduling.
Premium Concierge Package
Full coordination, hotel, transfer, interpreter support, local assistance, companion support, and post-treatment communication support with the clinic.
Medical treatment itself is provided only by the selected clinic or hospital.
Before travel, the client may receive an estimated financial plan based on the clinic’s preliminary review. This may include treatment estimate, accommodation, transfers, interpreter assistance, and LibyAir.com service fees.
The final medical cost can change if the doctor requests additional tests, changes the treatment plan, identifies medical risks, or recommends a different procedure after in-person examination. Medical costs are usually paid directly to the clinic or hospital according to its payment policy.
Clients can submit their request through our website form or official communication channels. Depending on the case, the clinic may request photos, medical reports, previous test results, dental scans, blood tests, or other documents.
By submitting documents, the client gives consent for LibyAir.com to share the relevant information with selected clinics only for the purpose of obtaining a preliminary quotation or appointment. Health-related information is sensitive and will be handled with confidentiality.
In many cases, a preliminary clinic response may be available within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the procedure, destination, doctor availability, and completeness of the documents provided.
For more complex cases, the clinic may require additional information, a video consultation, or in-person examination before issuing a treatment plan.
Better wording than your original: avoid saying “our team will respond with an initial medical opinion”. Say instead:
“The clinic may provide a preliminary assessment or quotation.”
This keeps the medical responsibility with the clinic.
Yes. Where applicable, we may assist the client in requesting appointment confirmations or medical acceptance letters from the selected clinic. These documents may support a visa application, but visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee visa issuance.
Yes. Travel arrangements can also be organized for companions, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and local assistance.
Companion costs are quoted separately unless included in a specific package.
Depending on the destination and budget, we can help arrange hotels, serviced apartments, or accommodation close to the clinic. Options may vary according to availability, medical needs, comfort level, and the client’s preferences.
For some procedures, the clinic may recommend accommodation close to the hospital for easier follow-up visits.
If airport transfer is included in the selected package, a driver or local representative will meet the client upon arrival and assist with transport to the hotel, apartment, or clinic.
For standard procedures, this is usually a private transfer. For medically critical cases, arrangements must be discussed directly with the clinic or a licensed medical transport provider.
Avoid saying “fully equipped ambulance for critical cases” unless you already have a licensed ambulance partner.
Interpreter or translation assistance can be arranged where available. This may include support during consultations, administrative procedures, check-ups, and communication with the clinic.
For medical discussions, the final explanation of risks, benefits, alternatives, and consent must come from the treating doctor or clinic. Language support is intended to help communication, not replace medical advice.
Where available, LibyAir.com can help facilitate communication between the client and the treating clinic after the client returns home. This may include helping to schedule online follow-up consultations, sending documents to the clinic, or requesting post-treatment instructions.
However, urgent symptoms or complications must be handled immediately by a local doctor, hospital, or emergency service in the client’s country. Continuity of care after returning home is an important part of medical travel planning. The CDC specifically advises that follow-up care and financing should be arranged before travel to support continuity of care after treatment abroad.
In case of a serious or life-threatening medical emergency, the client must immediately contact local emergency services, the nearest hospital, or the treating clinic’s emergency contact.
LibyAir.com may assist with communication, travel coordination, or contact with the selected clinic, but we are not an emergency medical provider and cannot replace ambulance services, hospitals, or licensed medical professionals.

Because “emergency hotline” may create legal responsibility that you are not ready to assume.
LibyAir.com is not a hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, surgery, or emergency medical services. All medical decisions, treatment plans, risks, procedures, and follow-up instructions are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider selected by the client. LibyAir.com provides facilitation, travel coordination, appointment assistance, interpreter support, and concierge services only.
