Due to the nature of digital coordination and consultancy services, refunds are limited.

Flight Tickets

All flight ticket refunds, cancellations, or changes are strictly subject to the policies of the respective airline and GDS provider. Libyair does not control or override these policies.

Service Fees

All technical coordination, consultancy, and processing fees are non-refundable once:
Request processing has begun
Documents have been issued
Booking actions have been initiated

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical failure preventing service delivery

All requests must be submitted promptly and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Libyair reserves full discretion regarding refund approvals.
