Introduction – Section 2: Aviation Security
This section introduces the basic aviation security responsibilities of cabin crew. Trainees will learn how to recognize acts of unlawful interference, perform cabin security checks, manage suspicious articles and bomb threats, and follow correct procedures for cockpit entry, both on the ground and during flight.
Introduction – Section 3: Crew Resource Management
This section introduces the key principles of Crew Resource Management, focusing on human error, stress and workload management, communication, teamwork, and safety culture. Trainees will learn how cabin crew can work together effectively, manage pressure, and support safer flight operations.
Introduction – Section 4: Survival
This section introduces the basic principles of survival after an emergency landing or evacuation. Trainees will learn the main factors affecting survival and the essential procedures for surviving in sea, desert, and polar environments until rescue arrives.
Introduction – Section 5: Emergency Equipment
This section introduces the main emergency equipment used on board aircraft. Trainees will learn the basic purpose and use of oxygen masks, firefighting equipment, exits, life-saving devices, medical emergency equipment, and emergency signaling tools.
Introduction – Section 6: Final Quiz & Knowledge Check
This section helps trainees review and test what they have learned during the course. Through a complete 100-question quiz with answers, learners can check their preparation level, identify weak areas, and practice in a format similar to a real airline assessment.
