No. LibyAir is a travel and aviation services facilitator. We help you book international flights, access aviation training, and connect with trusted medical clinics. We are not an operating airline.

We operate in three areas:

  • International flight ticketsconnecting Libya to the world (via global GDS systems and main consolidators).
  • Trainingcourses through our specialized academy, GB Aviation Travel Services.
  • Medical tourism facilitationconnecting demanding customers to the best medical clinics and structures (e.g.: dental in Algeria, hair transplants & aesthetic surgery in Turkey and Tunisia).

LibyAir is legally based in Georgia and works with local partners in Libya (Tripoli) and internationally. A representative is also located in Tunisia

International Flight Bookings

Click “Book a Flight” on our homepage and fill out your travel details. We use international GDS systems and consolidators to check availability and issue tickets.

Confirmation time depends on the system we connect with and the airline’s response time. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive confirmation and the ticket are issued.

Changes and cancellations depend entirely on each airline company’s policies. We will inform you of the applicable rules before payment and assist you with requests, but final decisions and refunds are made by the airline.

We will help you with rebooking or a refund request, but the outcome follows the airline’s policy, not ours.

GB Aviation Travel Services – Training Academy

We provide a certificate of participation. Please note that our certificates are not IATA-recognized (for the aviation sector). However, our training courses are designed and set up with the contribution of experts and professionals who have worked in their respective fields for years. As a result, they are high-quality and provide you with strong added value.

We promote the services of selected clinics and advise you on the best clinics and locations for your needs. We then connect you with the clinic.

No. We are strictly a facilitator and advisor. We do not perform, supervise, or control any medical procedure.

No. We decline all responsibility over medical results, complications, or outcomes. All medical decisions, procedures, pricing, and results are the sole responsibility of the clinic and the patient.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each clinic. We will inform you of their terms before booking, but we do not impose our own refund policy.

Yes. We have a dedicated WhatsApp number exclusively for medical tourism. Our responsible coordinator will guide you on the best way to connect with our partners in Algeria, Tunisia and Turkey. You will be assisted all along the journey — from initial advice to travel arrangements and clinic connection

Yes. We can book flights and transfers alongside your clinic appointment. However, travel services are handled by LibyAir, while all medical treatment matters are handled directly by the clinics.

General Policies (Applies to All Services)

We are a facilitator.

  • For flights: Airline companies control refunds and changes.
  • For training: The academy controls course policies.
  • For medical tourism: Clinics control procedures, results, and cancellations.
  • We will communicate the relevant third-party policy to you before payment and assist you in case of issues, but we do not set or override those policies.

No. Visa approval is always the decision of embassies or immigration authorities.

Via website form or email. WhatsApp is reserved for VIP and specific cases (medical). Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–22:00 Libya time. Fridays and Saturdays, we follow urgent requests, too.

Yes. Once paid, LibyAir provides a receipt and proof of payment for our facilitation fee and any tickets/services/training booked on your behalf.

Safety depends on current regional conditions. You are responsible for consulting your national travel advisories before booking. We provide a safety section on our website for reference.

We can coordinate with trusted local partners for transport and assistance where feasible, depending on location and security conditions. Use the VIP request form.

Flights

Yes, we can assist with flight booking based on availability, preferred dates, and airlines operating routes to/from Libya.

Yes, including itineraries with transits and stopovers.

In general, flight reservations require payment. For domestic flights, Libyair will send a quote and keep it on hold for a limited period of time, depending on the airline. On expiry, the booking process shall be repeated online.

Changes depend on airline rules and fare conditions. We will guide you through possible options and costs.

Transport & Transfers

Yes, airport transfers can be arranged in Libya and other destinations where partners are available. Use VIP form request for that available in our section “Our services”.

Visa & Travel Assistance

Depending on destination and nationality, LibyAir can provide support such as guidance, document checklists, and facilitation through partners.

No. Visa approval is always a decision by the relevant authorities/embassies.

Some services may include a service fee, which will always be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Yes, once the tickets / services are paid , Libyair provides the client with a receipt and proof of payment.

Support hours depend on operations and time zones. Domestic flights shall be preferably booked from Sunday to Thursday, 08.00 – 22.00 local time.
